Investor: An individual or entity investing in clinics through our platform.

3. Services Provided

DIC provides:

• Financing and establishment of dental clinics in prime locations.
• Leasing options to qualified dentists under two models:
  Lease-to-own
  Lease-contract
• Management training programs for lessees.
• A mobile app for investors to review clinic details, track investments, and manage returns.
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses for dental practitioners.

4. Eligibility

Dentists: Must hold a valid dental license and meet the criteria set out in our lease agreements.
Investors: Must meet minimum investment thresholds and comply with all financial regulations.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.

5. User Obligations

Dentists:
Submit valid documentation, including proof of licensure and professional indemnity insurance.
Maintain the clinic according to DIC’s operational and hygiene standards.
Participate in mandatory management training programs as required.
Investors:
Provide accurate personal and financial information during registration.
Acknowledge that all investments carry risks, including loss of principal.
General Users:
Use the platform only for its intended purposes.
Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. Lease Agreements

Lease agreements are binding contracts between DIC and lessees.
Terms for lease-to-own and lease-contract models are outlined in individual agreements.
Early termination may result in penalties or forfeiture of lease-to-own benefits.

7. Investment Terms

Investors may purchase shares in clinics, ranging from 5%-50% of the clinic’s value.
Returns are calculated based on monthly lease payments and clinic performance.
Investments are non-refundable but may be transferable subject to approval.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees include setup, lease payments, CPD course costs, and app transaction fees.
All payments must be made through authorized channels.
Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in lease agreements.

9. Risk Disclaimer

All investments are subject to market risks, including potential loss of capital.
DIC does not guarantee specific returns on investment.
Users should seek independent financial advice before investing.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

DIC is committed to protecting your privacy in line with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
Personal data will be used only for operational and legal purposes.
Users must keep their login credentials confidential and notify DIC of any unauthorized access.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, logos, and software, is the property of DIC.
